Book updates

When you subscribe, your email address is used to send updates about Sam Nyxon’s books and audiobooks. Kit manages the subscriber list and sends these emails on our behalf.

Your subscription becomes active when you successfully submit the form. You do not need to confirm it through a separate email.

You can stop receiving updates through the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by emailing us. Unsubscribing stops future newsletters but does not automatically delete your subscriber history. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

Writing to Sam

If you email us, your address and the information in your message are used to read and respond to your enquiry. Sending a personal email does not subscribe you to book updates.

Website and email services

This website runs on WordPress and is hosted by Namecheap. Hosting logs may contain technical information such as visitors’ IP addresses.

The signup form connects to Kit, which uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure form visits and subscriptions. Emails sent through Kit may also record opens and link clicks. Read about Kit’s form measurement (opens in a new tab) and subscriber data processing (opens in a new tab).

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to display them. These service providers may process information in other countries.

External websites

Links to Amazon and X take you to separate websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit or use those services.
